Bruschetta Recipe

How to make bruschetta?

This toasted bread favorite has never tasted better. Bruschetta makes it’s baby shower entrance.

My thoughts:

Bruschetta Recipe


  • One baguette of French bread
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, halved
    Tomato mixture
  • 6-7 Roma tomatoes diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. balsamic vinaigrette
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Dice tomatoes, remove their seeds and juice.
  3. Add 1 tbsp. Olive oil, garlic, basil, balsamic vinaigrette and salt/pepper to taste.
  4. Refrigerate.
  5. Slice bread into 1/2 inch slices.
  6. Brush each slice with olive oil.
  7. Toast in preheated oven for about 5 minutes.
  8. Once toasted, rub halved garlic clove over one side.
  9. On the garlic-rubbed side, top each toasted bread with a spoonful of the tomato mixture.
