How to make baby carriage tray cake?
A baby shower cake is decorated to look like a baby stroller. Easy enough for amateur cake decorators!

Ingredients
- Prepare the jelly to roll finished cake, your flavor choice.
Instructions
Decorating the cake:
- Freeze cake before frosting.
- Prepare a triple batch of our basic white frosting.
- Dye the frosting light blue with food coloring.
- Cut the frozen cake in a circle, and proceed to make a carriage shape by cutting out an 'L' shape at the upper right section of the cake.
- With this extra section of cake, cut out two circles to be used for carriage wheels.
- Frost entire cake and 'wheels' with 2/3 of the blue frosting.
- With remaining 1/3 of the frosting, pipe a lattice pattern on the surface of the cake.
- Proceed to pipe on blue frosting according to our photo.
