How to make flourless peanut butter cookies?
This is the way baking should be producing lovely food with minimal ingredients. Luckily, these cookies are just that- simple and yummy.

Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Form dough into teaspoon-sized balls, and roll in sugar.
- Place onto baking sheet and press each down with a fork.
- Bake for 8 minutes until done.
- Makes about 15 cookies.
