How to make peanut butter frosting?
This crowd-pleasing frosting is a rich and unique topping for your baby shower cake. Extra bonus? This frosting is easy-to-make.
Notes:
Use this frosting on our olive oil brownies.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Place peanut butter in large mixing bowl.
- With an electric mixer, beat until fluffy.
- Gradually beat in half of the powdered sugar.
- Add milk and vanilla.
- Mix in the remaining powdered sugar.
- Mix until creamy.
- Add more milk or powdered sugar if needed.
